The Bear attack in Wyoming?

I am a little puzzled also that they are going to kill the bear once the DNA evidence comes back. The story suggest that bears are common in the park and they are a way of life for people living in that area. It is tragic that this bear attacked 3 people, and gets put to death. I had jury duty with a serial killer and even he eventually got the death penalty over turned after 4 trials and he killed 5 people that they are aware of. Maybe we should try serial killers under animal rights laws, and more families would get justice.
