Bleeding from with bowel movements...?
this is just me thinking....but I know my doctor said everything is engorged with blood since us pregnant women have a bigger blood volume...maybe you strained so hard you popped a vessel in you instead of your rectum? I dunnno just a guess if she said everything looked ok....
