Critique my poem please?

It feels like you didn't really get (Not to make a pun) the identity of this poem until the second half. Remember these words "He who writes to not be understood, won't" You have to ask yourself, "What is the purpose of this poem?" But you could probably do without the 2 "I am" in the middle.
