Going through a bad break up please answer if you have gone through it!?

Well I just broke up with my fiance on Sat the reason was that he realized he wasn't ready to settle down. He move out before I got home from shopping and I haven't heard from him since. Now let me say there are no kids involved but this heartache is so bad, because I thought everything was fine. Does anyone think I should call him or just let it go? How do I get through this, this is the first time I have ever felt this way and I can not do anything eat sleep or stop crying. Who has an idea on how to get over this a little faster because I am making myself sick praying for him to call or for me to wake up and just be good. Please answer only if you have been through this. Thank You
