Could i have pneumonia or something? help ASAP?

well ive been feeling like complete crap this week, sound congested, coughing, spitting greenish snot and blowing it out, some chest pains , kinda a stiff neck, a few troubles breathing , slow heart rate (maybe cause anxiety) etc...BUT what really sucks is that i get huge headache that i just cant stand that makes me sick to my stomach, and i dont have a fever. when i was at school the other day i took a deep breath in and i got such a sharp pain in my right chest (it only lasted a few second like 4) there are some people in my school that have pneumonia and Bronchitis so i could of possible got it from them, if you dont think i have that what do you think i have, cause i really wanna tell my mom if i could go to the doc's. im 14 years old with a anxiety disordercou
