Essay topic help - "Why cant you turn your cell phone off"?

I think that one topic should be something along the lines of being secluded from our modern society. For example, the latest news about politics or what your college professor just announced. The last example would be a good suck up one. And you could turn that into an Education topic. I hope I helped. I am just in 9th grade.
