My parents wont let me get a hamster?

ok so ive had a lot of rodent pets in the past, a few hamsters, a rabit, and a genie pig that had 4 babies. i also currently have 1 dog, 2 cats, and 1 fish. a long time ago out of know where my mom gave my hamsters i was currently owning and my rabit away to some ppl she knew without even telling me while i was at school. it really upset me. but that was about 3-4 years ago? now im 13 and im asking for a new hamster but my mother said no. i told her i would take care of it, clean it, keep it in my room, and make sure it doesnt make to much noise but she still siad no. im waiting for my dad to come home so i can ask him but he will probably just go along with what my mom says. she says i cant have it cuz she just doesnt want me to have it. so what should i say to my parents that might change there mind on letting me get a new hamster? i also told my mother that i could pay for it myself (ive been saving money for 1 and for a cage and hamster food for a month)
