F11 is the under pressure warning code so your boiler needs to be repressurised. I believe a filling loop was available for this boiler that was 'built in' so that would be right under the boiler or just inside the casing at the bottom other than that although good practice would say locate the filling loop close to the boiler some people fit them almost anywhere.
