Voting for The Monarchy in American Elections. What does the law state? ?

What does the law state that the American Government must do if a person votes for another head of state in an American election? I think that there is a law that states that person must leave the United States and has 6 weeks or 6 months to do so. I think it also states that the person who voted for another head of state must be investigated by the Secretary of State. Miss Rice? What is the truth?
