Where these countries Allied, axis, or neutral powers during WWII?

as far as I'm aware all of those except Russia were neutral, at the beginning of the war Russia were on Germany's side, but when the threat of a German invasion loomed, they switched to allies. Many of the countries mentioned were occupied by one of the larger powers, also, east prussia had dissolved before WWII
