Why doesn't my friend care about me? is she really a friend?

whenever we hang out all we talk abou tis her, her ex boyfriend, and her current boyfriend. Oh and all the other guys that have asked her out since the last time we taked. I'm getting really sick of it. She never asks about me. I have alot going on in my life [as a teen does] and she doesnt give a crap. Whenever i talk to her about me its always "i had a boyfriend who did that once". but the thing is when its not all about her we have a lot of fun together. and we laugh and stuff. but lately she has been going after my best guy friend and he wont even talk to me now cuz he is all wrapped up in her and likewise with her...please help...
