Christians, how is it that atheists can hear everything you hear and still reject it?

You speak in general terms and place all christians in one basket... How fair is this? Some will I am sure be lead blindly and some study and research.... just because their end is different then yours and perhaps more rewarding and fulfilling doesn't mean it is false... Perhaps that spirit you say that lead you really wasn't of God... for why then would it leave you or at least lead you to confusion? God is not the author of confusion...
