Take B to be 3.0 and F to be 0.0 for instance. Then you have (3*.6)=1.8/4. A 2.0 is a C, so a 1.8 is C-/D+ depending on how the grading is set up at your university. On the other hand, it may be different if you had very high Bs and the F was close to ping, so it really depends on the percentages. Also note that some professors reserve the right to fail students who fail the final regardless of other course work.
