Fever and recent belly piercing?

so i just got my belly on pierced friday. i have cleaned it the way the piercer told me to, by spraying bactine on it & using iodine. i only touch it when i'm cleaning it and wash my hands before i do. but today i woke up with a low-grade fever, achy body, and feel very dizzy. it's red around the ring of the piercing and hurts slightly when i move. is it infected and what should i do?
